EtymologyEdit

Unofficial proper name. Unnamed by characters. Referred to by Miria as one of two opposing "alliances."

She specifically mentions one alliance opposing the side allying with the Dragons' Descendents.[2]

DescriptionEdit

The parent power behind the Organization. According to Miria, this parent power is a alliance of different political entities.[3]

Armor of the Anti-dragon allies is an amalgam of various European styles ranging from the early medieval to late renaissance. There is little resemblance to the Roman-like Claymore uniform. The armor of the Initial Male Era illustrates the transition between the armies of the mainland and the Riful Era of the First Generation.

HistoryEdit

In Rabona, the Ghosts have just fought and defeated Agatha.[4]

Secrets revealedEdit

Miria announces the Ghosts' goal of destroying the Organization. When Galatea questions the usefulness of this, Miria reveals the results of her investigation into the Organization.[5]

She recounts her visit to a mysterious village far from Organization Headquarters. The villagers there never heard of Yoma, nor ever seen a Claymore warrior before.[6]

SpeculationEdit

The warriors then hear Miria's theory—that Yoma are created by the Organization.[7]

When Galatea expresses doubt, Miria says the proof is something every warrior carries—the Claymore sword. She notes that they are unbreakable and appear constructed for something much more solid than Yoma.[8]

Overseas warEdit

Miria says a greater land exists beyond the island—a mainland where an ongoing war is occurring, involving "many countries and many peoples."[9]

One side has allies called Dragons' Descendents, dragon-like creatures with impenetrable skins.[10] On the other side, scientists for the Anti-dragon Allies are trying to develop awakened beings as a counter-weapon.[11]

Owing to the dangers of awakening and attacking friendly forces, the Anti-dragon government decided to conduct experiments away from the mainland. And this island is being used a testing site for those experiments.[12]
