Etymology[]

Unofficial translation. 超回復 translates as "Ultra-recovery." 超 = ultra, 回復 = recovery.

Deneve's datasheet names technique in Yoma War Record II.[5] Unnamed by characters. Manga and anime describe only.

Description[]

Being a defensive type, Deneve can survive injuries that would kill an offensive type. Her half-awakened state further enhances this innate ability.[6]

History[]

Paburo hunt[]

Deneve, as member of Paburo hunt, fights Paburo awakened. Paburo severs Deneve's arm. But Deneve returns to fight, her arm regenerating.[9]

Later, Deneve is fatally injured. Deneve awakens to heal her injuries, but reverts to normal.[10]

Battle of the North[]

During first round of the engagement, the Armadillo awakened injures Deneve, who regenerates.[11]

Northern Army[]

The Northern Army invades Pieta. Rigaldo kills Veronica and Undine, then wounds Deneve. She regenerates to fight last battle.[12]

In anime, Deneve recovers enough to follow Miria to volcano.[13]

7-year timeskip[]

Helen senses extreme Yoma power from unnamed town.[14]

Despite Dietrich's warning, Helen and Deneve visit town anyway, hoping to catch a glance of Isley for a thrill. But Isley sees through their disguise and attacks, severing Deneve's arm.[15] Helen fight for their lives. Deneve regenerates arm and rescues Helen.[16]

Rods awaken into Hellcats, which attack Clare, Deneve and Helen. Deneve's arm is hit with rods. She has to tear off her arm and regenerate.[17]

Yoma energy mass[]

Destroyer hits Deneve with Yoma energy mass stream—her arm is gone.[18]

Later, Yuma helps regenerate Deneve's arm.[19]
