EtymologyEdit

新 = New, 幻影 = phantom. First mention by Deneve as the Yoma powerless version of the original Phantom.[10]

DescriptionEdit

Miria's Instant Attack Speed ability enables her technique: hyper-fast stop-and-go movement, leaving multiple afterimages in opponent's vision, creates confusion.

Needs no bursts of Yoma power.

Miria's Agility baseline—pre-Battle of the North—is A+ (Yoma War Record II).[11] According to Deneve, Miria built up her baseline during the 7-year timeskip.[12]

The New Phantom is slower but Miria has greater control of her movements. Unlike the original Phantom which can exhaust one Yoma energy, the Yoma powerless New Phantom has unlimited use. Mirages are still generated.[13]

HistoryEdit

7-year timeskipEdit

AlfonsEdit

During the 7-year timeskip, Miria develops a new technique to avoid Yoma energy release that would reveal her presence to Organization.[14]

Miria uses the New Phantom to test Clare's fighting potential before allowing her go south.[15]

RabonaEdit

In Rabona, Ghosts defeat Agatha. Agatha cannot detect Miria's, nor any other warrior's, attack moves.[16]

SutafuEdit

OrganizationEdit

At Headquarters, Miria disables most warriors, as she did Tabitha. But ends up fighting the Twin Trainees with similar Controlled Awakening as Alicia and Beth.[17]

Rafutera entrains Miria's mind, enabling other warriors to cut down Miria.[18]

RebellionEdit
Abyss FeedersEdit

Later, as rebellion starts, Miria reappears to lead rebels.[19]

Men in Black stay indoors as Limt orders the Abyss Feeders to be released. The Abyss Feeders attack the rebels. Miria orders weaker warriors to retreat, while single-digits fight the Feeders.[20] Dae releases the three resurrected No. 1s.[21]

HysteriaEdit

Reanimated warriors instantly cut down rebels en masse.[22]

Miria ends up fighting Hysteria. Miria discovers that Hysteria uses a technique similar to Phantom. But where Miria gains distance from attacks, leaving behind afterimages, Hysteria makes passing attacks, her afterimage flowing through target.[23]
