Some translations confuse the region of Sutafu (スタフ) with the unnamed town, where headquarters is located.
Facilities[]
The entire town appears constructed to be attack-proof. Dwellings are cavern apartments built into cliffs.[9] Free-standing buildings are citadel-like.[10] Architectural design due to the dangerous nature of the research being conducted.
Landscape resembles Andalusia, Spain, a site of frequent medieval warfare.
Executive chamber[]
Where Executive meetings are held.[11][12][13] Everything, including the windows and seven chairs, appear to be carved from solid rock.
School[]
Extra Scene 4 shows Clare at school.[14]
Retrieval Unit[]
Rubel visits Dae at a cavern-like laboratory.[15] Miria revisits another laboratory below the Executive chamber, where two specimens of Dragon Descendents—one humanoid, one awakened—are kept imprisoned.[16]
Living quarters[]
Interior of Rafaela's apartment[17] and Miata's[18] are shown to be cavern-like.
History[]
Unknown. After the engagement with Agatha in Rabona, Miria relates her research on Organization—Miria's theory.[19] She describes the parent power behind Organization, which began research on awakened beings a century ago.
This is sometimes taken to mean Organization has been on the island for a century, though this is never stated in the manga.
