Cold open[]
The young girl questions Dauf on why he is losing to Galatea.[7]
Dauf's lesson[]
The girl instructs Dauf on how to strike an opponent. He is to strike with all his might without thinking. When Dauf protests, Riful says, "If you miss this time, I'm leaving you."[8]
Terrified at the prospect of being abandoned, Dauf obeys the girl. As Galatea and Dauf fight, Riful explains to Clare how Galatea harmonizes her Yoma energy with Dauf, then distracts him, allowing Galatea to alter the course of Dauf's Yoma power, thus controlling Dauf's movements.[9]
He finally brings down Galatea with a punch, then hits her with a rod.[10]
But Clare awakens and rescues Galatea before Dauf can finish her off.[11]
Riful revealed[]
But Clare cannot stop awakening, till Galatea redirects Clare's Yoma power.[12]
Galatea reveals the origins of the Creatures of the Abyss. And the young girl's identity: the Organization's first female warrior No. 1—Riful of the West.[13]
Explaining herself[]
Riful tells about the Man of the North. And how his consort, an unnamed female fitting Priscilla's description, are trying to start a war with Riful.[14]
Realization
Clare now knows the identity of the consort—Priscilla. Clare demands the whereabouts of the Man of the North. She reveals her intent in killing Priscilla.[15]
